Giò Forma x Woodflow-Skin:

New Acoustic Panels Inspired by Najdi Patterns

2025

Giò Forma and @strongbyform Launch New Acoustic Panels Inspired by Najdi Patterns: Design, Innovation, and Sustainability.

Following their presentation at the 2025 Salone del Mobile.Milano, Giò Forma announces the upcoming production of a new line of acoustic panels inspired by the traditional Najdi patterns of Riyadh, reinterpreted in a contemporary key and developed in collaboration with the Chilean start-up Strong by Form, a leader in sustainable innovation.

The result of an extensive research and experimentation process, the panels are undergoing final tests and will launch this year.

Thanks to a sophisticated graphic coding system, the Najdi patterns not only enhance spaces with a refined visual language, but have also been engineered to absorb and reflect specific acoustic frequencies, ensuring a superior listening experience in theaters, concert halls, cinemas, and conference spaces.

The collaboration with Strong by Form enabled the application of the Woodflow-skin technology, an innovative high-performance composite wood panel system shaped into fluid, organic forms.

This solution combines lightness, durability, and acoustic performance, paving the way for a new approach to interior design that harmoniously integrates function and aesthetics.

Strong by Form is a Chilean start-up pioneering research and development of innovative materials and technologies for architecture, with a strong focus on sustainability and performance.

The acoustic panels featuring Najdi patterns will soon enter production, marking the beginning of a new phase that unites culture, design, and technology in a single product.
